  1. Houston/Rice/SMU (C-USA) b/c Texas matters
  2. Memphis (C-USA) b/c they can actaully pose as more than a mid-major
  3. Boise St. (WAC) b/c they would be the best remaining football program (ouch)
  4. Tulsa (C-USA) b/c location
  5. CSU/Utah/BYU (MWC) b/c a combination of location and and possibly being more than a mid-major
