Darrell Stuckey to the Bolts
With the twelfth pick in the 4th round the San Diego Chargers have selected the first Jayhawk off the board in Darrell Stuckey. The Chargers have some solid corners in place but definitely had a need for some help over the top. Stuckey is a GREAT value this late in my opinion and now has the opportunity to make a home in sunny San Diego where he'll say hello to former teammate James Holt who caught on with the Chargers a year ago.
Check Bolts from the Blue for the Chargers perspective on the pick.

I think this could be a great home for Stuckey!
Plus, for those of us around KC or Denver we get a chance to watch him play at least once a year.
yep for sure...
I think it’s a great fit. My only concern is the possible decline of the Chargers organization. Seems like plenty of poor decisions being made out there recently. Hopefully they stay competitive and Stuckey can contribute to that.
53 Conference Championships!! and now 6 IN A ROW!!! Holy Hell...Good Luck with That!!
You bring up some good points
But because they’re in a weak division right now I think he has a chance to shine. Plus, he will be going against some QBs that threw a lot of INTS last year. Who knows, he could have a great rookie year if he sees the field quite a bit.
absolutely...
San Diego definitely needed safety depth and he’ll amost definitely get a shot at immediate playing time which is great for him. Very excited about where he’s ended up…plus as you say, being in Denver I should get to see him at least twice a year, probably more.

Thank God he's gone.
I don’t know that I’ve had more respect for a Kansas player in the last four years than I did for Stuckey.
I've been saying the same thing about Sean Witherspoon!
There simply is no substitute for experience.
Oh damn

Don’t go there girlfriend

my thoughts exactly...
becoming pretty clear that Briscoe’s effort in the classroom and trouble off the field is making a major impact on his stock.
Hopefully the message is loud and clear for players with NFL aspirations. Put forth great effort, show solid character, peform on the field and you can be rewarded.
