So it begins. The tournament is upon us and the journey starts now. Hopefully this will be the beginning of three fantastic weekends of basketball here at RCT, but today it starts with an all day open thread leading up to a Kansas vs Lehigh open thread this evening. I've gotten used to it.
I just avoid media outlets so I don’t accidentally hear updates and I don’t answer my phone from people who are prone to talk about the game. That way I get home, grab a beer and I’m definitely in the moment. I just miss out on the OGT…as I will again tonight. Yay, more DVR for me…

I, for one, certainly feel that if I were able to watch all the games, my CBB knowledge would greatly expand and I would be able to be more informed in my writings and do better work, thus bringing in more new viewers, raising site visits, making SB Nation more money on views from advertisements.
