The Morrii had never heard of Bill Self, Danny Manning, or KU basketball before reopening their recruitment??? Those kids never cease to make me just scratch my head.
I mean, even if they never followed the college game, why would they have heard of Calipari? Because of his time at the Nets? That disaster was really selling them on their choice of college? Baffling.
Alls well that ends well, I guess.

I have to agree.
Not sure if this was the Morri talking, writer taking some liberties, or the truth. I’d love to see that on video or hear it on audio with a follow-up of “how had you not heard of these guys?”.
