Here's an interesting article in the KC Biz Journal regarding coaches pay and if success is related to that pay.  Obviously the Big 12 had a disaster year in wasting money on coaches pay for related success:  The highest paid coach in the conference finished in the bottom of the South (Texas) and the fourth highest paid coach finished in the basement.

I know a lot of you don't seem to care how much we pay Turner Gill.  But I am one alumnus who's quite disappointed in our disparity between pay and performance.
