While it's a shutout this week in the stat categories, I don't think it's as bad as it looks.

  • They're not a juggernaut in any category.  That's a nice change from Oklahoma State.
  • Trying to make sense of their scoring defense and I'm struggling to do it here. It could be a little bit of luck for the Tigers.  Their S&P+ numbers at Football Outsiders are pretty good (20th overall) and their DFEI has them at 4th, so maybe they just take advantage at the right times.  The sacks and tackles for loss could be a big part of that.
  • It's the Border War, we won the big one 150 years ago.  No reason the same can't happen again!

They rank very high in sacks and tackles for loss

Which says to me our o-line will be very important in this one

Missouri Fact of the Day?

The FBI just declared St Louis as the most dangerous city in America. Worse than such gorgeous towns as Flint MI, Gary IN, and any town on the Mexican border.
