B - Belittle everyone around you, whether they're you're colleagues, your subordinates, or your superiors.

E- Emasculate people because encouraging them makes you seem weak.

L - Learning is for the weak - the only correct path is an obtuse, stubborn refusal to change and grow.

I - Influence others through fear and fear alone.

T - Terrorize the every waking moment of those around you since terror breeds fear which breeds success.

T - Trust no one; when you operate with fear as motivation, everyone is out to get you.

L - Lord over every single aspect, even the things that you can't, or shouldn't, control.

E - Enjoy it while it lasts - you have to lie in the bed you've made, and the good moments are fleeting.

Too Harsh?

Sure Mangino turned in some great KU football seasons.  But at what cost?  Some seem to think Gill has already shown he can't succeed.  He's been at KU less than a year, but at least we know one thing - BELIEVE has a better chance at succeeding than BELITTLE.
