At this point,
it’s a broken record to me. I don’t keep up with them much and it seems like every OGT of ours, somebody says that exact same thing.
Our dropoff last year from the 08 team wasn’t as bad as theirs has been this year, has it? And, we lost more, no? I think that says a lot about how much the nation was saturated of elite teams last year….

Miami (FL) at 1-4 is in the cellar of the ACC and they haven’t even played Clemson, Duke, GaTech, or UNC yet.
I’m just throwing them out there but I think things would get interesting in Manhattan if Miami fires its coach at the end of the year and Martin still doesn’t have an extension in place.
Miami’s not the greatest job but it’s in the ACC and it’s Martin’s hometown.

If Kstate makes a strong tourny run and he can continue to bring talent into Mancrappin, not sure why he’d wanna leave.
He has had success, but I’m not sure if a program with more prestige in a big-time conference would want him. Good coach, bit of a not job, etc

I disagree.
We are still relatively young, with the exception of Sherron. And, it’s even really only Cole’s second year, as it is the Morri and T2. They’re getting better and more experienced and will continue to do so.

at some point we have to turn the corner if we want to be for real. At this point , it look more and more like we are going to be a victim of expectations.

But you gotta look average at worst on offense, keep turnovers down, not rely on one player to score, etc.
We haven’t done any of that this year consistently. Above all else just no consistency

I’ve still yet to see why we’re not the best team in the country. And Self will improve these guys up to march.

there are no great teams this year
as good as Wall and Patterson are, that Kentucky team would probably lose by 20 to last year’s UNC team. that team was great. this team, no team is even close to that level.
Being outrebounded 13-9 right now.
But, up 6-11 in TO committed.
