Robert Griffin Out for the Year
Wonder how an injury to a QB on a team we don't play is relevant? Well both Nebraska and Missouri play Baylor this year and while I can't say with any certainty that they could have beaten either team in the North, I do know there chances aren't nearly as good without Griffin. The Texas Tech game just became a whole lot more important for Kansas this season in my opinion.

Tough blow for Baylor
but Blake Szymanski is no slouch as a backup QB. Since they have Jekyll and Hyde-d thus far this season with a road W and a disappointing home L, who the hell knows how things will go for them.
Blake hurt his shoulder as well, ...
a cut if I remember correctly, and may not be available for their next game. Maybe in a few weeks. Tim Griffin’s ESPN-Big12 Blog gives more details.
Ugh.
I hate working again. I had no idea this had even happened.
That sucks. I really enjoy watching Griffin play (whenever BU is on TV in KC) and was hoping that he’d lead Baylor to a decent season.
lol can't have a CKC without KC - Nicholai Khabibulin (LN21)
NOOOOO!!!
He was my second favorite college quarterback. I could switch to Jacory “Tan Marino” Harris, but they blew it against VTech.
Who is your second favorite college quarterback?

That list seems to get new entrants every week
I loved me some Grothe entering the season, but after watching this Keenum kid dance around and just flat will his team to win, I became a fan. I like watching Jake Locker and that bazooka attached to his shoulder, also some Dan LeFevour.
Second favorite? TIM TEBOW baby

Agreed
All Robert Griffin has is:
1. World-class hurdler speed
2. A rocket cannon for an arm
3. Prodigy-level football IQ (set the record for most pass attempts to start a career without an interception)
4. Prodigy-level non football IQ (4.0 student; father is on the Texas Supreme Court).
The only reason he isn’t a Super Duper Star is that he plays for Baylor.

I'm more concerned about his status with the US Olympic team than Baylor
I heard he was a lock for spot on the Olympic team. You have to wonder about that now.
This sucks.
