Kansas Baseball Adjusts Chicago State Series

LAWRENCE, Kan. – Due to the likeliness of inclement weather Wednesday, the Kansas baseball team has modified the series with Chicago State. The Jayhawks and Cougars will now play a doubleheader on Tuesday beginning at 3 p.m., with the second game starting approximately 30 minutes after the completion of the first contest. This marks the third straight year that the Jayhawks have played Division I Independent Chicago State. KU holds a 9-0 record in the series, which dates back to 1993. Last season, the Jayhawks swept a two-game midweek series, winning 6-4 and 12-0.
