Kansas Baseball Postponed Saturday - Double Header Sunday at 11AM

Get your breakfast and head down to the The Hog.  The tornado watch and rain have forced Kansas and Nebraska to call off the game on Saturday.  They will try to get in a double header Sunday.  First pitch 11AM:

LAWRENCE, Kan. -- Due to inclement weather in the Lawrence area Saturday evening, the Jayhawks have postponed their game with Nebraska. The teams will play a doubleheader Sunday beginning at 11 a.m. Fans who purchased tickets to Saturday's game can gain admission to the twinbill by showing their ticket stubs.

So disappointed...

that they didn’t move up the game yesterday and possibly even try for a double-header then. Had plans to come in if they did so…can’t afford to lose either one of these games.

Kansas took both

I’ll get a story up tonight, but KU took both games today. Given the weather situation I was not sure the Hawks would even get in one full game. It all turned out better than I expected.

Game One 8-2
Game Two 9-4

Awesome...

after Friday’s ugly loss, we needed to take these and the make sure we got the series. Now we need to figure out how to win a few more on the road.

Well

SBN ate my message. Anyway, good wins. Hopefully the momentum continues.

Insanity is just a state of mind.
