OGT Roll Call: vs. Colorado

Well, to match the terrible quality of the game, we had a pretty rough showing in the OGT. Of course, everything is relative. Last year, 277 would have doubled the top mark, including the National Championship Game (I think, although I might be wrong). And this year, post-explosion, it's a disappointing effort brought on by a terrible CU team, an incredibly boring game and, most importantly, a game that only two of us (I think, at least) actually got to watch on TV with a computer in front of us.

All of this, with hunter having the unfair advantage of ESPNU being on his cable package, enbaled hunter to take home the honors.

Like I said, pretty disappointing effort. Still, hunter did his absolute best, as did KC and Warden to make it a passable OGT. Esteban, Denver and Danny all showed up for pregame festivities, and giants made a cameo somewhere in there.

All in all, Monday night figures to be significantly larger.

Oh, and to go along with his Most Valuable Commenter award, hunter also wins the BQotG (Best Quote of the Game; creative title, I know). Instead of rolling out a ridiculous list of options for this one, I'm simply picking.

My choice:

Perkins just hired a new personal assistant for 80K.
