Nice thought
but it will always be a rough go to regulate the best of the b-ball recruits who for the most part grow up dreaming of the NBA, not college, and their hangers-on. Plus, the rewards for the coaches who push the edge of the ethical envelope is so great, I’m not sure they can be realistically reined in much.
