In hindsight, Google Docs
is what I should have done. When my hard drive crashed and I had to get a new one, I lost EVERYTHING on the recruits posts I was doing – multiple spreadsheets, saved schedules, etc. – and that wouldn’t have happened had I used Google Docs.
Do that. You never know when your computer is gonna bite the dust.

throw your spreadsheet in there and publish it, then the URL’s are handy for placing anywhere.
Also agreed with KC about stability. I trust Google over my computer.
I used to work with an old man that told me. Son, every workplace has a dumbass, if you don't have one where you work, then I'm afraid you're it.
