Around SBN: Bracketology 2012: Duke Finally Steps Up To The No. 1 Line

This is from the KC Star's writeup of last night's game. The money quote:

Little played 30 minutes — his previous high was 14 — and for the first time he understood what it meant to wear a Kansas jersey.

"Everybody’s got their own opinion about us," Little said, "saying that we’re soft and all that. Guys are trying to out-tough us, trying to talk that talk, just trying to scare us. It’s just talk. We can get through it.

"We are the defending national champions."

I absolutely loved...

this article. I remember thinking during one of the first half timeouts when I saw Brady Morningstar of all people getting pissed off that maybe this team needed to get pushed around and challenged, but still come out on top. That happened last night and I think maybe Sherron is rubbing off on these guys a little more….

Bringin back the SWAGGER!!!

30 minutes for Mario last night

These were the kind of minutes I was looking for, for Mario. Against a different team, 25 might be closer to where he should be now but great sign that he lasted.

I'm not expecting

much from him on Saturday… Likely a 5 pt, 3 reb. performance. Just isn’t gonna have his legs the way he has lately.

I say save him for Baylor...

I don’t expect much of a fight from CU in Allen Fieldhouse

+1

That would be very smart of HCBS. (That’s just too boring for everybody, isn’t it?!)
