My thoughts...this is going to be a great game and a real test. Jeff Spikes and Jeremiah Hatch are going to be tested, the running game has too improve and our passing game is going to have to perform under the pressure of both a pass rush and an unfriendly crowd. The defense will be tested but confidence is high on that side of the ball, hopefully injuries aren't too big of a factor and we can keep the defense rolling. On one hand I want to say we are going to see a lot of scoring but on the other something tells me neither of these teams has seen defenses of this caliber. Final Score 31-24 Kansas wins in a nailbiter...can't wait.

I watched the end of the USF/ UCF game last week, and this guy seemed like quite the weapon. Keeping him in check and Grothe’s rushing yards reasonable will be the keys for the defense.

I do like that part about Levitt considering his secondary to be just “OK.” Hopefully our passing attack can have a feast tonight. Perhaps worries about the secondary will also lead to more room for the running game to get going, and we can get better balance offensively.

While Mangino obviously is tampering it down as “just another game,” I think this game is going to be huge, personally. After tonight, we’ll have a much better idea of what to expect out of this team for the rest of the season.

I expect a close game for a while. Some time in the 3rd or 4th quarter, the Reesing will get into a groove, and we’ll be able to create some separation.

Final Score: 24-13 JAYHAWKS

I have heard a good amount about the secondary not being top notch for S.Florida...

combine that with our potent passing attack and I hope it means we can score tonight…and I absolutely agree with your defensive keys sounds like the running game outside of Grothe is suspect simlilar to ours.
