CSKA Moscow revamped its frontcourt ahead of the upcoming season with the signing of All-Euroleague big man Terence Morris and promising rookie center Alexander "Sasha" Kaun. Less than 24 hours after the club’s center of the last four seasons, David Andersen, left, the defending champs announced three-year deals with both players. Morris (207, 29) arrives from Maccabi Tel Aviv, with whom he reached the Euroleague title game last season only to lose to CSKA. Meanwhile Kaun (211, 23) comes from the University of Kansas, where he won the NCAA basketball championship with the Jayhawks in April.

interesting that he took the russia deal. he had a chance to play in the NBA. grated, he was a second round pick most likely, but he would have been drafted. his deal was scaring a lot of NBA teams off though, but they could have matched the deal.
Some reports...
are saying that his deal has a buyout after a year or two. Therefore, because if I understand the rules correctly he is counted as an international player now, a team could draft him and leave him in Europe with CSKA for a year-or-two and watch him develop before getting him to come over and play in the NBA. So, I guess he still has a shot to play in the NBA; it will be interesting to see how it will all play out.
